Over the past nine years, President Maureen O’Connor has led Palo Alto University (PAU) with vision, dedication, and a deep commitment to academic excellence. Under her leadership, PAU has strengthened its programs, expanded its reach, and deepened its impact in behavioral health. She has championed innovation in education, fostered a culture of equity and inclusion, and advanced faculty and student success through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

In honor of her dedication, PAU is launching a $1 million endowment to support and rename the PAU Center for Educational Excellence.

Over her nine years of service to PAU, President Maureen O’Connor has provided transformational and steady leadership that has strengthened, expanded, and deepened PAU’s powerful position within the field. To honor President O’Connor and celebrate her exceptional legacy, PAU is soliciting contributions toward a $1 million endowment for the Center for Educational Excellence at PAU.

President O’Connor has a long-standing career interest in faculty and graduate student professional development and evidence-based pedagogy. Over the course of her leadership, she has championed the importance of providing faculty with the tools they need to excel in their teaching and mentoring, which fosters student success.
